ENIRTU is currently in testing and available to beta testers. Onboarding

Log in with your Google credentials, allow access, and then enter your practice details and save

Configuration

Go to the "Settings" page, and click on:

Calendar

  • Select a calendar to use for appointments.
  • Select a booking slot is different to the default
  • Enable the calendar

Payment

If you do not accept payments (using a bureau), select None, otherwise choose between manual and SnapScan

You can load test data and experiment with the app, and once you are familiar with the workings clear the data and resume with a fresh system.

  • Click the three dots on the top-right
  • Select "Load Test Data"

Once you are familiar with the app

  • Click the three dots on the top-right
  • Select "Clear all Data"

Select the "Patients" tab on the application. Click on the + button at the right-hand side Select "Get Share Link". This will copy a link to the clipboard.

You can now share this link via WhatsApp, e-Mail or place on your website. When patients click this link, they will be able to add their information and make appointments remotely.

On the main page click on "Sign In" which will present you with a QR code.

  • Open the app on the phone, click the three buttons at the top right
  • Select "WebLogin" and scan the code This should log you in automatically.

On the web portal (see How can I use the web functions?) select the Account Page. On this page you will have the option to Export your data, or to import it if needed.
